Hi Every one. To continue our theme of great fair food for our up and coming fair season we would like to introduce the Almost Disney Dole Whip.
This is an adaption of the famous Dole Whip served at the Disney parks. Only difference is that it is not vegan. Though that can be fixed easily.
I have to admit that there is nothing like having this fun treat during the hot days of the County Fair, or city events. Its so good and a good match with the churo bites.
You will need a blender.
Ingredients
1 big scoop of Vanilla ice cream. (substitute dairy free ice cream to make it vegan.)
4 oz of Dole pineapple juice
2 Cups frozen pineapple
Directions:
All all to the blender and blend until smooth.
If you would like to add the swirl, place in a piping bag and pipe.
That's it. A great cool treat for the hot days. It can even be used for your tropical post prom party as well.
