Dozers Games Q & A

01

QUESTION:  How do I do this?  How do I look into booking a Dozers Game Truck party?

ANSWER:   Using the onscreen contact form send us your event information, date, time and your desired party package. Your personal party planner will contact you letting you know if the desired date is available. Once the event is confirmed, arrange for payment, and that's it! The ultimate gaming party is coming to you!

02

QUESTION:  How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

ANSWER:  Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere.  As long as your driveway or street isn't a very sharp hill, or on a sharp corner we can come.  Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! We do require 55 feet of parking so make sure to plan ahead.

03

QUESTION:  Will the kids know what to do in the Game Truck?

ANSWER:  That's why we bring our Game Coach!  We help the kids along, inspire and instruct.  We make sure it's the party of the year!

04

QUESTION:  Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?

ANSWER:  If you have a concern, please inform us upon arrival and we will make sure that the gaming is appropriate.  Otherwise, we will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives! In public events such as city events, or county fairs,  we strive to follow the ESRB ratings.

05

QUESTION:  What about bad weather?

ANSWER:  We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled!  As long as it is safe for us to drive, the party is on! However if lightning is present we will delay the playing for the safety of all. If conditions arise we will work with you to reschedule your event.

06

QUESTION:  What time should I make the party?

ANSWER:  We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or a half-hour before our arrival time — that way they can eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!

07

QUESTION:  What if too many people show up to the party?  Is there an extra charge?

ANSWER:  Certainly not!  Bring them on!  We'll keep them all having fun! We have room for everyone, even the parents.

08

QUESTION:  Do I request certain games?

ANSWER:  We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want "M" rated games, you send us an e-mail or list them when booking.

09

QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?

ANSWER:  The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun.  He/she tutors, inspires, entertains and makes sure that all is running smoothly. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

10

QUESTION:  Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay in advance.  Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.  Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options.

11

QUESTION:  What time will you be arriving?

ANSWER:  The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time, normally 10-20 minutes ahead of time.

12

QUESTION:  Where can I view your official policies?

ANSWER:  You can view them by clicking on the "Contact Us!" Tab, or by clicking on the Policies button. For specific questions feel free to contact us at Dozers Games, 402-322-9940

14

QUESTION:  How can my organization raise funds through Dozer's Mobile Video Game Party?

ANSWER:  If a school, church or non-profit hands out our flyer and a party is booked as a result, the organization receives $20 cash back for fundraising.  We will print the color advertisements and either mail them or drop them off to you. All you have to do is distribute them!  No cost, no risk, no selling cookie dough, no messing with pizza dough!!   You can even do an e-mail blast!

We can also raise funds by being part of a "kids zone" at a large event and either charging tickets to play in the Mobile Game Theater or accepting a wristband or tickets for timed play.  Depending on the arrangement, either a percentage goes back to the organization or 100% goes back, if the Mobile Game Theater has been hired in advance.
