DOZERS GAMES Policies
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit (up to %50 of the total) is required unless other arrangements have been made, to guarantee your reservation unless prior arraignments have been made. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of 2-hour party reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. NO REFUND in the event of 3+ hour Event reservation being canceled within 30 days of your event. DOZERS GAMES will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date (depending on viability) should cancellation be necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY:
DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party is highly committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with DOZER’S Mobile Video Game Party as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE:
A Travel/Fuel surcharge is applied for locations in excess of 30 miles from our home office. The rate is set at $1.75 a mile one way. This covers any DOT fees, UCR Fees, fuel, and other expenses related to getting to your event. If your event is more than 100 miles away from our home office an additional fee per one hundred miles may be incurred.

Multiple day events.
If your event is more than 250 miles away or more than one day, additional hotel fees apply unless lodging is provided. If lodging is provided this fee will be waived.
BAD WEATHER:
DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party's trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or tornado) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. When children under the age of 6 are playing we require a parent or responsible party to be present with the child. There is no running, jumping off the seats, throwing of objects, cursing, food or drink allowed in the trailer. 1st offense is a warning, 2nd offense the offending party will be removed from the trailer and not allowed to return to the trailer for a set time of 5 minutes. The 3rd offense the offending party will be removed from the trailer and not allowed to return. This is meant to be a guide, for if such actions require immediate action the attending game Coach can make the on-site decision to remove any offending party from the trailer. Such on-site decisions are final.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at a DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party event or party; however, we require an on-site security surcharge or security deposit equal to the amount of the booked party and/or a valid credit card when alcohol is being served. We reserve the right to refuse, stop, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Mobile Video Game Party equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately and immediate forfeit of the security deposit that is equal to the amount of the booked party.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
Dozers Games Mobile Video Game Party or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Dozers Games reserves the right to charge the client up to full retail replacement of any damaged equipment or for any damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless, reckless, or willful damage of the same by client's guests. DOZER'S Games or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
FOOD/DRINK:
DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
PICTURES/ VIDEOS:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach will be taking pictures and videos of the party from inside and outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures at our FACEBOOK site and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
INVITATIONS/PIZZA COUPON:
We will mail all of your invitations to the address you provided as the billing address. If you prefer to make other arrangements please contact us at 402-322-9940 or dozersgames@gmail.com. Invitations and coupons will be mailed upon receipt of payment. Once you have confirmed, we will forward you the coupon(s) for the discount(s) along with your invitations.
TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required. Our games coaches appreciate any gratuity for providing great service! When asked "how much should we tip?" this, of course, is up to you, but tips can range from $20 to $80. All tips go directly to the game coaches, not our company.
DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party TRUCK/TRAILER:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Dozers Games Follows the ESRB rating system and attempts to regulate any and all interactions during gameplay. We strive to give you the best experience possible so you can choose which games are played and which are not
PARTY PICTURES:
One service that DOZER'S Mobile Video Game Party provides is photographs of the party in action from the inside of the Theater. If you prefer not to have pictures of the party posted on our Fan Page please let us know in writing before the event at dozersgames@gmail.com.
Security Video:
All Dozer's Video Game Parties automatically record audio and video inside and outside of the trailer. This is used only for security reasons. This is an automatic function and is exempt from the picture and video waiver. At no time will audio or video recordings of the security system be released unless prescribed under the law or so ordered by a court of Law.
By Submitting Payment, or agreeing to a proposal (ie booking) you agree to abide by all terms.

COVID-19 POLICIES
(As of January 1 2022)
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Dozers Games has set in place new rules and regulations until further notice to ensure the safety of our gamers and employees. New bookings and reschedules have started in accordance with the Phillips county, Colorado guidelines for business re-opening.
FACE MASKS:

We recognize that every guest/gamer who enters the gaming theater may have different medical situations and there for It is recommended, but not required, to wear a face mask while in the gaming trailer. Masks can be homemade or store bought. We want you to feel safe.

NUMBER OF GAMERS:
Currently we are not limiting the number of gamers in our trailer. However if you desire a more social distanced experience we will gladly accommodate you. If anyone is sick, feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms, we ask them to please refrain from coming to the trailer and will not be allowed to participate.
We continue to hold high standards of cleaning and sanitizing our equipment. All trailers and equipment are cleaned before and after every event we attend.
We understand that there are many that are trying to adjust to the ways of doing things and we are here for you. The safety of our guests and employees is our number 1 concern. We will continue to follow guidelines given to us by the Health professionals and will make adjustments as the information is given to us.
COVID-19 VIRUS DISCLAIMER
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and/or death. By hiring Dozers Games LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

*Employees will have temperature taken, masks will be provided to employees, and screening questions will be asked.

*Sanitization of equipment will be done prior to any event and during the event

We take privacy very serious as we deal with families, children and business in several states. We also apply this standard to our employees. There for Dozers Games will not release any employee information regarding vaccination status or medical information unless it is to further medical treatment, and then only with a signed medical waiver form from said employee.
